Please note that PearlLight is not responsible for the delay of the shipping company or customs matters. 

 

PearlLight is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to).

 

PearlLight is not responsible if the shipping company lost a package, or If your order has been delivered but you haven’t received it, in both cases, the client should contact the corresponding courier company and request written evidence of the answer they gave you.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Our warehouse processes and ships out all orders Monday-Friday (excluding major holidays). After placing your order, you will receive your tracking information within 1-7 business days. Your shipping confirmation will be sent via Email or SMS. Depending on where you live, packages are delivered within 5-10 days from the date of shipment
